THE TRUE FILM nominated for Best XR – Zürcher Filmpreis 2026
"Christina Zimmermann transforms the pursuit of truth under surveillance into something viewers don’t just observe but inhabit. At a time of growing concern about privacy and censorship, this project is less an answer than an invitation, and that may be its greatest achievement. "
We are delighted to announce that THE TRUE FILM has been nominated for the Zürcher Filmpreis 2026 in the Best XR category.
A huge thank you and heartfelt congratulations to everyone who brought this film to life through their hard work, dedication, and creativity.
The awards ceremony will take place on October 22, 2026, at X-RE in Zurich.
Keep your fingers crossed for us!
